Congratulations Graduates!
Welcome to HC Commencement Registration. The commencement ceremony will be held in early May 2026, tentatively at 9:30 AM. VERY IMPORTANT!: The priority registration deadline is March 30 at 11:59pm ET to have a personalized graduation slide displayed during the ceremony. The deadline to register to participate in the ceremony and claim tickets is April 15. The portal is expected to open in February 2026. Please contact graduation@hccfl.edu with questions.

Items needed to register
1. HC Student ID Number
2. Date of Birth
3. You will be required to enter the phonetic spelling of your name and to speak your name. Please use a device with a working microphone. If you need assistance with the phonetic spelling, visit this free online Phonetic Spelling Generator
4. Individual photo for graduate slide. This should be a photo of only the graduate (no pets or family) wearing your cap & gown or professional business attire (no sunglasses). The photo should be recent and well-lit, taken straight on to the camera, without camera tip/angle (not buckled in your car), pose cropped to waist length or head and shoulders. If you would like to use a cap and down/formal picture from the March photo session, BEFORE you start this registration, please purchase and download your favorite from The Grad Team Commencement Photography. All images should be Hi Resolution JPEG. Max. 7 MB. Minimum size 499 x 627 px. No scanned or watermarked/copyrighted images, please. For photo tips, please click FAQ at the top of this page. PLEASE NOTE: HC reserves the right to alter any submitted photos that do not follow the listed criterion.
